Privacy policy

Last updated October 22, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Latent Advisory collects through latent-advisory.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

Latent Advisory is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@latent-advisory.com for any question about this policy or your data.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry. Through the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, and optionally your role and any message you add, together with your answers about the package, teams, group size, priorities and timing. We use this only to reply to you and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare and deliver the workshop.

When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it to reply.

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't set cookies ourselves. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so no data is sent to font providers.

Why we're allowed to use it

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If we work together, we keep relevant records for the duration of the engagement and for as long as the law requires afterwards, for example for invoicing. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@latent-advisory.com and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
